Shiva Panchakshara Stotram | Nagendra Haraya : Lyrics, Meaning and benefit

  • Ever since I heard this mantra, I feel peaceful. I get most benefit, when I chant in the early morning. Shiva Panchakshara Strotram is composed by Shri Guru Adi Shankaracharya.

This strotram praises Lord Shiva by representing five basic elements

* Earth *Water *Fire *Air *Space‌

Panchaksharamidam punyam yah patheschiva sannidhau Shivalokamavapnothi sivena saha modathe पञ्चक्षरमिदं पुण्यं यः पाठेच्छिव संनिधौ शिवलोक मवाप्नोति शिवेन सहमोदते One who recites this Panchakshara Stotram in the abode of God Shiva will get the punya of attaining the Shivaloka and enjoys the God’s compassion.
